Hi! Just wanted to let you know that we’re taking extra care with your order during these challenging times. 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, PC Gear is taking extra precautions to keep our customers and our team safe.  Because of this, orders may take up to 5 additional days to process prior to shipping.  Thank you for your patience.

No, unfortunately PC Dollars are only redeemable with Pampered Chef directly.

At this time, PC Gear purchases are processed through a different warehouse and system than Pampered Chef products, so they must be ordered through a separate system.

Your sign-in information will automatically come through Consultant’s Corner once you have activated your PC Gear Account. 

Your apparel items are made especially for you – and will take 3-4 business days to process.  We will email you the tracking number once your package ships.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. For more information on shipping times, please contact PC Gear customer service.

Each apparel brand is sized a little differently. Please see the size guides for measurements on each individual item.  We make every effort to offer you brands that are true-to-size and have traditional fits unless otherwise noted in the description. Just as retail stores differ in sizing, our products come from various sources and will also vary in size. It is important to use the sizing chart on each item. Many items are made just for your, and we want you to love your selection. 

Yes, please see the PC Gear return policy for details. Please keep in mind that most apparel items are made/decorated just for you. Prior to ordering please help to ensure the fit by double-checking the size guides posted with each item. For international shipments, please keep in mind that any return duties and taxes will be your responsibility and are not factored in at the time purchase for returns.

Some PC Gear items are available for a limited time only (and will be noted in the description).  Others will be replenished and will note “out of stock” until they are available.  

All PC Gear orders ship from the state of Utah, USA.

Your bank/credit card company will officially convert the funds to Canadian currency.  Our website will display the pricing in Canadian Dollars if you update the currency option located in the footer of the website.  Canadian duties and taxes are calculated through a border-crossing agency based on the latest confirmed information.
